Who we are

This site is operated by Mariyana, trading as Elektra by Mariyana, based in Palma Nova, Mallorca, Spain. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@elektrabymariyana.com.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to submit through the enquiry form: your name, email address, and any event details you provide (event type, date, venue, and your message). There are no user accounts, no e-commerce checkout, and no data collected without your direct input.

Basic, aggregated visit analytics are collected via Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that does not use tracking cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

How we use it

Enquiry form submissions are sent by email to hello@elektrabymariyana.com, using Resend as the email delivery provider, purely so Mariyana can respond to your enquiry. Your information is not stored in a database on this site, sold, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The fonts used on this site are self-hosted through Next.js's font optimization rather than loaded live from Google's font servers, so no data is shared with Google for that purpose.

Where your data is processed

This site is hosted on Vercel, and enquiry emails are delivered through Resend. Both providers may process data outside Spain as part of delivering their service; both operate under standard data protection agreements for EU customers.

Your rights

As this site is based in Spain, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data you've submitted. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@elektrabymariyana.com.
