Using this website

This site and its content, including text, photography, and design, belong to Elektra by Mariyana unless otherwise credited. You're welcome to browse and share links to it, but its content shouldn't be copied or reused elsewhere without permission.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the enquiry form is a request for information, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once both parties have signed an agreement.

A signed agreement and a 30% retainer secure the date. The final balance is due two weeks before the event. Cancellations are handled under a fair, transparent sliding-scale policy, the specifics of which are set out in the individual booking agreement for your event.

Travel and logistics

Performances outside Mallorca may involve additional travel and accommodation costs, which are agreed and itemized as part of your quote before booking.

Liability

Elektra by Mariyana takes reasonable care to fulfil every booking as agreed. Where a performance is affected by circumstances outside reasonable control, such as severe weather for an outdoor event, an alternative arrangement will be discussed with you directly rather than assumed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from them will be handled under Spanish jurisdiction.
